Effluent Treatment Plant
The quantity and quality of wastewater released by various industries, as well as the availability of land, determine the design of the ETP. If there is a shortage of land in your industry then Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP) are preferred over Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).
Reverse osmosis
This method involves using pressure to push flow through a membrane that contains contaminants on one side and clean water on the other.
MBR
MBR is a process of Ultra filtration system in which semi permeable membranes are used to separate the solid and liquid form the good biological system through the way of after biological process (or) after clarified water use of clarifier process. The MBR is used to remove particulate and microbiological contaminates, but it does not remove the ions and small molecules, Membrane is fully submerged and comp active.
MBBR
a type of wastewater treatment process that was first invented by Professor Hallvard Ødegaard at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in the late 1980s.
Sewage Treatment Plant
It might surprise you to know that we all drink and bathe in recycled water. The water we flush down the toilet is turned into potable water, and it is the job of sewage treatment plants to make this water fit for human consumption or release into rivers and oceans. Wastewater from sinks, baths, washing machines, toilets and other appliances has to go somewhere.
Screw Press
screw press is used for sludge dewatering, using stainless steel as the Filtration method. Sludge is thickened and dewatered progressively inside the screw body with the movement of the moving rings, and ending by the fixed plate. The filtrate is drained from the gaps between fixed and moving rings and dewatered cake is discharged at the end plate, achieving a minimum solid content of 20%.
Sludge Drive
Semi-solids such as faeces that settle down during wastewater treatment are called sludge. This sludge is removed using a skimmer and then is transferred to a tank where it is decomposed by anaerobic bacteria to produce biogas. This biogas is used as a low-cost fuel for heating, cooking, etc.
Conveyor
A conveyor system is a fast and efficient mechanical handling apparatus for automatically transporting loads and materials within an area.
multiple effect evaporator
Multiple Effect Evaporator Principle It is a type of heat transfer equipment that uses natural convection or forced convection for the transfer of heat. Steam is used in the evaporator to heat up a solution containing a desired product. When the solution is heated, the water in it is converted into vapour, which is condensed.
ATFD
An Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD) is a sophisticated drying system designed to transform liquid feed into dry powder or flakes efficiently. This system is particularly beneficial for drying heat-sensitive materials without causing degradation
